Boycott Pushpa in Karnataka, controversial scene, what’s the buzz around Pushpa- The rise?

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starring Pushpa- the rise is breaking all the box office records and has become the biggest opening of this year. Earning nearly more than the loved Spider-man: No way home.

Although, the film has also sparked some controversy just after the release. This controversy has come into light because of a scene between Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, which according to a section of the society doesn’t seem very appropriate. In this particular scene, the two actors are seen being close to each other, and Pushpa Raj played by Allu Arjun is seen touching Srivalli’s (Rashmika Mandanna) chest in a public place.

However, now the scene has been trimmed from the movie after being subjected to so much backlash.

The movie released on 17th December and even before the release, the Karnataka audience got incensed over the number of shows allotted in Kannada dubbed version. Most of the shows were in Telugu and very few were in Kannada. #BoycottPushpainKarnataka was also trending after a myriad of tweets against the film.

But even this controversy couldn’t stop the movie from earning so well at the theatres. The film made in the direction of Sukumar, has so far collected Rs. 140.7 crores at the box office worldwide, earning 120 crores domestically.

This film was a much awaited one, fans have gone crazy looking at the unpolished and crusty looks of their favorites Allu arjun and Rashmika Mandanna.
